and business management areas of sales and marketing, materials management,
production management, human resources, finance and accounting.
The main focus here is on the planning, control and control of industrial processes.

What do
industrial clerks
do?
- Carry out marketing activities from the analysis of market potentials to customer service
- Advise and support customers, plan and organize work processes
- Determine the need for products and services
- Purchase materials and schedule them for service provision or distribution
- Support the process of order completion, e.g. in logistics
- Edit Accounting Business Transactions
- Evaluate key figures and statistics for performance monitoring and for the control of operational processes
- They use tools for recruitment and personnel selection, plan the deployment of personnel and work on personnel administration tasks
- Use foreign language documents, correspond and communicate with customers and suppliers in a foreign language in typical situations
- Have skills in communication, cooperation, moderation, presentation, problem solving and decision-making
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- At least completion of secondary school leaving certificate
- Good grades in German, maths and English
- Interest in commercial contexts
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly appearance, good manners
