With approximately 80 employees, we supply our customers worldwide with quartz glass from our location in Langewiesen, Germany. These products are used in the solar and semiconductor industries, as well as in the chemical industry. Your area of responsibility
- The design, new development, calculation and construction of complex systems and assemblies form the core of your work
- You are the interface to important departments (production, technology) and have contact with external suppliers
- You will take over project processing and management in design and process technology
- You have optimization suggestions and constructive solutions for technical problems, and implement them
- You are ready to take on leadership responsibility
Your profile
- You have a technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or process engineering or a technical apprenticeship as a state-certified technician with a focus on mechanical engineering, design technology, mechatronics
- High level of technical understanding, solution-oriented, structured way of working and commitment
- You already have initial experience in the mechanical design of melting furnaces and special systems, also in the context of theses and study projects
- The safe handling of the 3D Cat system AutoCAD is no problem for you
- You enjoy working in a team and are communicative
- You have very good communication skills in German and English
